Delivery Information

From our freezer to your door.

Our baby food is handmade, frozen and time-sensitive, so we take extra care when preparing your order for delivery. Each order is packed in insulated packaging with wool insulation and ice packs to help keep your food frozen during its journey to you.

We currently offer same-day delivery Monday to Friday.

Order by 10am Monday–Friday → delivered the same day.
Orders placed after 10am or over the weekend → processed and delivered on the next business day.

We currently deliver across the Wellington Region, including:

• Wellington City

• Porirua

• Lower Hutt

• Upper Hutt

Good to know

• Minimum order of 4 products for delivery.

• Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

• If you won't be home, please provide a safe place for your order to be left or add delivery instructions at checkout.

• Once delivered, please transfer your food to the freezer as soon as possible.

• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
