Welcome to More Baby Food. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About More Baby Food
This website is operated by More Baby Food, New Zealand. Our products are made for babies and young children and are intended to be prepared, stored and served according to the instructions provided with the product.
2. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you. Once your order has been received and payment has been successfully processed, we will confirm your order and arrange delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product description error, or we are unable to fulfil the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices and product availability may change from time to time. Any changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your credit card details.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver to the Wellington region, in New Zealand. Delivery timeframes and fees will be shown at checkout or communicated to you before your order is completed.
We take care to ensure that orders are packed and delivered appropriately for frozen food. Once your order has been delivered, you are responsible for storing the products according to the storage instructions provided.
If your order arrives damaged, significantly delayed, or in a condition that may affect the safety or quality of the food, please contact us as soon as possible.
5. Frozen Food and Storage
Our products are frozen and should be placed in a freezer as soon as possible after delivery. Please follow the storage, preparation and use-by instructions provided on the packaging.
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products simply because you have changed your mind.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand law.
6. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Products
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order or a product does not meet the guarantees required under New Zealand law, please contact us at enquiries@morenz.co.nz.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.
If you change your mind after purchasing a product, we are not required to provide a refund where the product is otherwise satisfactory and safe. This does not affect any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law.
7. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information, images, ingredients, nutritional information and product descriptions on our website are accurate and up to date. Product appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website. Please always check the product packaging for the most current ingredient, allergen, storage and preparation information.
8. Allergies and Food Safety
More Baby Food products are made using ingredients that may cause allergic reactions and produced in a facility that processes all major allergens. Please carefully check the ingredient and allergen information before purchasing or serving our products. Parents and caregivers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their child and for following any preparation, storage and serving instructions provided.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with the operation or security of the website. All content on the website, including text, images, logos, graphics and product information, belongs to More Baby Food or is used with permission and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.
